If you are not happy with the plan/card/DID you have purchased, please stop using it and contact FreelyCall within 48 working hours of your purchase to cancel the order, and we will refund you. No questions asked.
If for any reason you are having difficulty configuring your newly purchased plan/DID monthly service, we will not discount any days from your subscription until you make/receive your first successful call.
FreelyCall reserves the right to terminate any accounts which do not comply with its own interests. In case this happens, any amounts paid by the customer will be refunded within 7 days from the day of the last transaction, after deducting the actual usage made by the customer.
